My name is Chris Sheffield and I am Veteran of the U.S. Army. During my service I bought into self – fulfilling prophecies about fitness and basic Soldier proficiencies. That is until these ideas were exposed for what they were; mediocrity. I chose to take those lessons to heart and improve myself. I had good reason to as I had a sacred obligation to be ready for duty. Along the way I was fortunate enough to serve with men and women who taught me, held me accountable and challenged me. This process is still ongoing and you are welcome to share in that journey.
I had the privilege to learn from some outstanding coaches and athletes. I have been responsible for the physical fitness of Soldiers. I have also worked with general population, youth and Division I athletes.
